We ship all packages ASAP, using the best method possible. We will ship all packages with Royal Mail/Evri/Yodel, which provides tracking of your package. Stock items are shipped within 48hrs and typically take between 3 to 7 business days to deliver, depending where you located.

Our mission is to spread the love and passion towards Dragon Ball Super TCG therefore every fan or collector is welcome. We don’t know if you’re collecting sealed products or ripping so our goal is to get the products to you in a perfect mint condition. We pack everything in strong cardboard boxes and use air fillers to keep the box light but sturdy.

Returns
We maintain a 30-day return policy. This allows you 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.

Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel or modify any order prior to dispatch and receive a full refund. However, if you wish to cancel, modify, or return your order after it has been dispatched, please refer to the information below.

Exchanges
Exchanges will only be processed for items that are faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival. As previously mentioned, please check your order upon delivery and reach out to us if any issues arise.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. Should you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and rectify it.

Refunds
You will be informed once we have received and evaluated your return, and we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
